We have worked with FPG for several years providing us with contract recruitment services, and a large external payroll provision. FPG have always delivered on our key requirements and have supported us with great service and great candidates during critical times of growth, and also helped us during times of restructuring and contraction with their advice and knowledge. In the past 12 months FPG have really stepped up, be it with advice and support around IR35 and rolling this out seamlessly across a large workforce base, to their Back Office assisting with sub vendor agreements and complex compliance issues , to their Payments and Finance team working with us throughout COVID to get our people paid across several countries, while always maintaining accurate and timely invoicing and reporting.  FPG are an absolute pleasure to work with, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them.

In 2022 our company had ambitious plans to grown not just in the UK but internationally, in Europe, Asia and the US. After looking at several recruiters we found First Point Group via a Google search and contacted its CEO, Alistair Rynish. We were put in touch with the London team and who helped us recruit within the UK.

To assist with our US Expansion, the team referred us to their US colleagues. A key goal for Indigo in 2022 was to build a Network Operations Centre in the US - First Point Group were instrumental in making this happen.
