• If you refer a candidate to First Point Group, you may be eligible for a $250 referral  payment.

• To be eligible for the $250 referral payment, the person you have referred must be placed by us within 12 months of your referral, and the referred candidate must successfully complete the mandated probation period with their new employer. Only the referred person’s first placement will be eligible for payment, any subsequent placements of the same person will not be eligible.

• To claim the $250 referral payment, upon completion of the referred person’s probation period, you should contact the recruitment consultant you made the referral to. You must claim the $250 payment within 6 months of the placement otherwise you will be deemed to have waived your right to it.

• The $250 payment is not transferable (e.g., for a gift card) and we reserve the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time. We reserve the right to vary or terminate all or part of the Candidate Referral Scheme at any time without notice.

• NB - you should get the consent from the candidate you are referring to First Point Group before providing their details to us. Our Candidate Referral Scheme is operated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
