They have extended an opportunity for a Workforce Management Integration Consultant to join their team in Johannesburg.
This hybrid role will involve a blend of remote work and on-site visits. As a Workforce Management Integration Consultant, you will be pivotal in analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing workforce management solutions for our clients. You will also provide after-sales support, assist in pre-sales activities, and mentor fellow consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Planning:
- Analyze and configure WFM systems according to customer requirements.
- Develop new business and system processes, including creating Technical and Functional Design documents.
- Provide guidance on best practices, industry standards, and compliance.
- Craft solutions for complex requirements and engage with IT on security needs.
System Integration:
- Liaise with customer's third-party vendors for seamless integration.
- Facilitate and test integration processes.
Training & Delivery:
- Conduct end-user training for clients and support internal training needs.
- Assist in project planning and contribute to project post-mortem meetings.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure project success and handovers.
After-Sales Support:
- Offer comprehensive system support both on-site and remotely.
- Manage service calls and resolve issues using the UKG global support system.
- Provide root cause analysis as required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Continuously learn and stay updated on UKG products and integrations.
- Utilize online resources and forums to solve technical queries.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers, aiming for excellence.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Essential:
- Matric or National Certificate Level 4.
- +5 years' experience in system integration and networking.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Windows Server, SQL, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in implementing or supporting enterprise software and hardware.
- Strong customer relations and time management skills.
Advantageous:
- Tertiary IT qualification (Certificate/Diploma/Degree).
- Certifications in Dell Boomi, Cloud technologies, or Microsoft.
- Experience with time and labour management systems, 3-tier web-based technology, SQL Reporting, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Workforce Dimensions, Java Scripting, and Business Intelligence reporting.

- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
