A unique opportunity to lead large-scale data center design and construction for a global developer, owner, and operator of hyperscale facilities. This is a critical leadership role driving the delivery of complex, high-value projects.
The Role
As VP of Design & Construction, you will:
- Oversee multi-MW hyperscale data center projects from conception to completion
- Develop and execute regional design and construction strategies to meet operational, budget, and schedule targets
- Lead architectural and engineering teams to drive innovation, sustainability, and efficiency
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, general contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution
- Implement best practices in procurement, contracting, quality control, and risk management
- Provide strategic leadership, ensuring projects align with business growth and capacity demands
Who We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in large-scale design and construction project management
- Proven experience delivering hyperscale data center projects
- Strong leadership background with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in cost, schedule, and risk management within mission-critical infrastructure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
