Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software components for our voice Al product, adhering to0best practices and industry standards.
- Configure and integrate on-premises and cloud-based voice related devices, systems andservices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complextechnical issues related to voice communication, call flow?and network performance.
- Work closely with otherengineers and cross-functional teamsto ensure seamlessintegration(0)and smooth operation of voice Al products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to voice(communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Tech Lead in voice and telephonysystems0development.
- Strong understanding of industry-standard protocols including UDP, TCP, RTP/RTCP, SIP0SIPREC, MRCP, and Websocket.
- Proven experience with configuring and integrating open source softwares such asKamailio/OpenSIPs, UniMRCP, and Asterisk/FreeSWITCH.
- Extensive experience developing applications using TSAPI, PJSIP or JsSIP.
- Expertise in programminglanguages such as C/C++, Rust, Golang,Java, Python, or Typescript
- Experience with DevOps principles and tools for continuous integration and deployment.0Knowledge of VolP security best practices.
- Required good English reading and writing.
- Fluent listening and speaking English is a plus.
