Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of wireless/satellite communication projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Oversee system-level design, including network architectures (LEO/MEO/GEO), protocols (DVB, SCPC), and integration into broader communication infrastructures.
Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and clients to define technical requirements, milestones, and project scope.
Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and ensure feasibility of designs for satellite/wireless systems (e.g., ground stations, transponders).
Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing protocols, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCC, ITU).
Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, delivering updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
8+ years in technical project management within wireless/satellite communications, telecom, aerospace, or defense.
Proven track record managing large-scale projects (e.g., satellite network deployments, wireless infrastructure upgrades).
Familiarity with satellite communication payloads, frequency planning, and network topologies.
Certifications: PMP required (or equivalent); Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
