?? Your mission:

• Manage Web/App dev projects and digital campaigns


• Create scope documentation and briefs for execution


• Support design, dev and project teams with timely info and structure


• Track timelines, budgets, and resources


• Use project management tools (ClickUp, Confluence, Slack, Jira, etc.) to their full potential


• Prepare and track project documentation, reports, and vendor engagements


• Coordinate suppliers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders

?? What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years in people/project coordination


• Hands-on experience with project management tools


• Knowledge of the digital landscape (software, websites, apps)


• Strong time management, communication and problem-solving skills


• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience


• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders

? Bonus if you have experience in:

• Insights or market research


• Branding or marketing strategy


• UX/UI design or development
