First Point Group is working with a leading Technology company based in KSA and is supporting them in their search for a Technical Account Manager, to be based in their Riyadh office


About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Client's Cybersecurity Business. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise in managed security solutions to deliver exceptional value to our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to create and execute effective sales strategies, including target market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing models
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
  • Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative sales discussions, understanding clients' unique security needs and challenges. Offer tailored managed security solutions that align with their business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Solution Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, showcasing the benefits and value proposition of our managed security services. Address technical and business concerns effectively
  • Proposal Development: Work with sales engineers, solution architects, and legal teams to create comprehensive proposals, quotes, and contracts that meet client requirements
  • Negotiation and Closing: Conduct skillful negotiations to close deals, overcoming objections and securing favorable terms and conditions
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies and differentiate our services


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of successful B2B sales experience in the Cybersecurity or IT services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Managed Security Services, including SIEM, SOC, Endpoint Security, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Must have a transferable Iqama
  • Must be an Arabic Speaker
