Role Overview
As a Tech Lead/Engineering Manager, you will lead the architecture and development of our client applications’s backend, AI models, and DevOps processes. Managing a team of 8+ engineers, you’ll ensure high performance, scalability, and security while driving innovation in AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and scaling of the AI-driven platform.
- Manage backend development (Python, Laravel) and DevOps automation.
- Integrate AI models (LLMs, NLP) for smart workflows and real-time decision-making.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (AWS/GCP), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Kubernetes).
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers across multiple domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tech and business strategy alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Laravel, DevOps).
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing 8+ engineers.
- Strong AI/ML knowledge (LLMs, NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), microservices, and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Experience with SaaS or ERP/B2B platforms.
