Job Profile: Service Monitoring Analyst (NOC/SOC)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of mobile network services.
- Use multiple monitoring tools to identify and resolve network issues.
- Configure and maintain alarm systems to detect deviations in performance metrics.
- Conduct proactive analysis to prevent or mitigate service interruptions.
- Work closely with other technical teams to ensure service availability and quality.
Requirements:
- Ongoing or completed university/tertiary studies in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Systems.
- Previous experience in multi-technology mobile network service monitoring (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, SQM, etc.
- Experience in various mobile network domains, preferably RAN.
- Ability to efficiently identify and resolve network issues.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions while following area procedures.
- Certifications in networking or telecommunications will be highly valued.
