As a result of their rapid growth, they are now looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team.
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing customer implementations and services, ensuring that all installations meet legal standards and operate optimally.
This pivotal role involves managing customer SLAs, supporting facility operations, and acting as a technical and operational interface between the Data Centre and customers.
You will have the opportunity to evaluate Data Centre efficiency, manage subcontractors, and propose corrective actions to continuously improve service delivery.
??Your main Responsibilities:
Manage and execute activities for customer implementations and services
Ensure all installations meet legal standards and operate optimally
Manage customer SLAs and support facility operations
Act as a technical and operational interface between the Data Centre and customers
Evaluate Data Centre efficiency and propose corrective actions
Manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery
Develop guidelines for installations and support management in maintaining quality systems
Participate in a rotating hands-on duty to serve customers effectively
?Essential Requirements for this role:
Higher education in Electromechanics or relevant experience with electrical installations and cooling techniques
Customer-oriented mindset and initial sales experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC technology, electricity, power generators, UPS installations, data cabling, and access control
Fluency in Dutch and English
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Stress-resistant with a hands-on mentality
Category B driving license
