Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (RF hardware, baseband, FPGA, and mechanical engineering) to deliver market-ready solutions.
- Define the technology roadmap and oversee all technical aspects from inception to product launch.
- Drive the design and implementation of Software-Defined Radios (SDR) for advanced communication systems.
- Manage complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- 12+ years in wireless product development, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in SDR design, RF hardware, digital signal processing, FPGA, DSP, and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with wireless communication protocols, regulatory standards (FCC, CE), and Agile methodologies.
