First Point Group is delighted to have partnered with a leading Fintech Company to support them in their search for a Senior Technical Presales Manager to join their well-established and dynamic team in Greece.
As the Senior Technical Presales Manager, you will play an essential role in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team of technical presales experts, guiding them through the entire sales cycle with your deep technical expertise. By working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams, you will ensure that solutions are tailored to meet client needs. Your extensive knowledge of the fintech sector, particularly in mobile wallets and lending technologies, will be key in helping secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide a team of technical presales professionals, fostering a culture of growth through mentorship and training
- Partner with sales, engineering, and product teams to gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and develop personalized solutions
- Offer in-depth technical insights during client presentations, demos, and discussions to address any questions or concerns
- Lead technical product demos to highlight key capabilities and benefits, while effectively addressing customer challenges
- Attend customer meetings to assess needs and clearly communicate the value proposition of our solutions
- Engage with clients throughout the consultancy and solution design phases to co-create the best fit solution
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and finalize technical solution documentation, ensuring sign-off from clients and smooth handoff to project implementation teams
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical presales or similar capacity, ideally within the fintech, telecommunications, or mobile wallet industries
- A strong technical foundation, particularly with AI platforms, financial decisioning tools, and credit scoring systems
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a technical team
- A client-focused mindset, skilled at building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to customize solutions that meet client needs
- Willingness to travel as necessary to attend client meetings and deliver presentations
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
