Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer - SDR MIMO to lead research and development efforts in MIMO antenna technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and optimizing electronically steerable phase array antennas, integrating MIMO systems, and validating their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research and development in MIMO antenna technology.


• Design and optimize electronically steerable phase array antennas.


• Integrate MIMO/Phase Array antenna systems into larger systems.


• Develop testing methodologies and validate performance.


• Maintain thorough documentation and generate reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in antenna systems research, design, and implementation.


• Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation software (e.g., HFSS, FEKO) and RF circuit design tools (e.g., ADS, Microwave Office).


• Hands-on experience with digital beamforming and MIMO systems design in Matlab.


• Experience in AI/ML-based enhancements in MIMO 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Implementation experience,  such as FPGA/ASIC design, C/C++ implementation of MIMO algorithms, Fixed-point arithmetic implementation


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
