Position: Europe Region Operations/Sales Management
Location: Frankfurt
Job Responsibilities:
1. Following the company's strategic planning and annual management requirements, organize the formulation of the region's annual management plan and carry out target allocation, decomposition, and evaluation.
2. Identify and resolve issues and risks in the operational process, analyze and report on operational performance.
3. For underperforming businesses, supervise departments to develop improvement plans and action strategies, and ensure their implementation.
4.Design rapid response processes for business and functions, resolve process bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
5. Track the execution of major/assigned task decomposition plans within the division, and conduct periodic reviews and evaluations.
6. Sales/channel action management: Follow standardized sales processes to oversee customer/installer development, visits, negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection, ensuring efficient and orderly sales/channel management.
7. Sales/channel target management: Collaborate with headquarters to establish annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans, clarifying sales/channel targets.
8. Through data modeling and trend analysis, be responsible for aggregating and analyzing sales/channel target completion data for the representative office, and develop improvement measures and action plans, supervising their implementation.
