Our client is a fast-growing Asia Data Center operator with footprints in locations like Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China. Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the identification, engagement, and sale of data center services to enterprise customers and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel and enterprise sales, a deep understanding of the data center market, and the ability to build and nurture strategic business relationships (a 'hunter-mindset')


Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and sell data center services to enterprise customers and channel partners.
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with channel partners and end-users.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and contract negotiations, to secure order closures.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Actively engage with industry ecosystem contacts to expand business opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in channel and enterprise sales within the Data Center, Telecommunications, or System Integrator industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the data center market and solutions is highly preferred.
  • Open-minded with the ability to thrive in a multicultural business environment.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
