Sales Manager – ICT Solutions



As a Sales Manager for a leading global ICT solutions provider, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and establishing strong partnerships in the Senegal Commercial Market. You will leverage your expertise in IT trends and service delivery to promote innovative solutions and ensure the successful execution of projects.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within key industries, including finance, government, education, and healthcare.

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Project Development: Collaborate with top integrators to develop industry ICT projects, enabling them to effectively market and sell our products and solutions.

  • Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute customer-oriented marketing activities in collaboration with partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Sales Performance: Drive sales revenue for ICT products in the commercial market, focusing on customer partnership development and brand influence.

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales or account management experience in the ICT or telecommunications industry.

  • Proven track record of developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

  • Fluent in English and French, with exceptional communication skills in both languages.



Skills:




  • Strong project management and client relationship management abilities.

  • Demonstrated capacity for business development and thought leadership.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team-based environment.

  • Strong analytical skills for data collection, report writing, and presentations, along with a keen business acumen and technical curiosity.
