First Point Group is working with a Leading Global Communications Company based in the UAE and is supporting them in their search for a Sales Account Manager - Cloud (UAE National) to be based in their Dubai office.



Role Purpose:



The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, develop, and drive business opportunities within the Unified Collaboration domain. The focus is on fostering growth by collaborating with sales account teams and solutions teams to understand and address customer needs. This is an operational role that directly contributes to achieving results in designated accounts and business areas.



Key Job Responsibilities:




  • Execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed order book and revenue goals

  • Engage with customer accounts to understand their business needs and present tailored product solutions

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to customers

  • Provide feedback to sales and product teams to enhance offerings and expand market reach

  • Identify opportunities, manage them through the sales cycle, and drive them to closure

  • Maintain accurate records of qualified opportunities and forecast deal progress

  • Work closely with Sales, Solutions, SMEs, production, commercial, and marketing teams to fulfill customer requirements

  • Gather customer insights and share actionable business intelligence with solution and product teams for proposal development

  • Coordinate cross-functional responses to customer requirements and own the outcomes

  • Offer market intelligence and updates on competitive activity to key stakeholders

  • Present and explain proposed solutions and commercial models to customers



Candidate Requirements:




  • UAE National candidate is mandatory

  • 3–4 years of experience, preferably with a background in CPaaS

  • Basic knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, and IaaS is an advantage

  • Proven experience in account farming, including cross-selling and upselling

  • Familiarity with handling accounts in the retail sector is desired
