In this role as a Retail Operations Excellence Manage, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational and sales strategies for the Brand Experience Store, ensuring alignment with the overarching business goals. This includes overseeing store construction, daily operations, and the achievement of defined sales targets.
- Design and implement daily management protocols that uphold operational excellence. Ensure the smooth functioning of the store by optimizing processes and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
- Take charge of the experience store team, conducting regular meetings, defining clear KPIs, and providing continuous motivation and guidance. Create a positive work environment that inspires the team to achieve both individual and collective business objectives.
- Work in close collaboration with the retailer to oversee the planning, construction, and successful launch of the Brand Experience Store. Ensure all tasks related to the grand opening are executed seamlessly and on schedule.
- Partner with the retailer to design and execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events. Focus on initiatives that attract customers, enhance the in-store experience, and drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain detailed performance reports that cover key metrics such as sales, inventory, and financial results. Use these insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for continuous operational enhancement.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in retail operations, with a strong record of managing brand experience stores or similar high-profile retail environments.
- Previous experience in the electronics or mobile phone industry is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of customer experience dynamics and the ability to represent a brand effectively in a retail setting.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing retail team.
- Strong skills in setting measurable goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Competence in formulating and executing operational strategies that align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
- Experience in collaborating with retailers on joint marketing efforts, in-store events, and promotions to enhance customer traffic and sales performance.
- A deep understanding of retail performance metrics, including sales trends, inventory management, and financial outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English – Arabic is advantageous
