They are now looking for a driven Regional Business Developer to join their team in Brussels, Belgium.

As a Regional Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's expansion by identifying and securing new clients in the data center and IT sectors. You will work closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs, contributing to the company's commercial strategies and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients (enterprises, SMEs, start-ups, etc.) in the data center and IT sectors
- Qualify inbound leads and manage inquiries, conducting discovery calls to uncover collaboration opportunities
- Actively participate in product and service presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to propose solutions tailored to clients' specific needs
- Draft and manage commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and ensure deal closure
- Conduct competitive intelligence and keep track of trends in the data center and housing solutions sectors
- Contribute to commercial strategies by providing insights on market dynamics and customer expectations
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to anticipate future needs
- Provide regular activity and KPI reporting to management, closely led by the Business Development Director
Requirements for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a relevant field
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Business Developer or Sales Executive, ideally within the data center, IT, or tech infrastructure sectors
- Solid understanding of data center services (Housing, hosting, colocation, cloud, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, competitive, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Teamleader, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French (both written and spoken)
