Job Title: Quality Lead – Gravity Based Structure (GBS) Package

Project Duration: April 2025 – September 2027

Location: Primarily remote (UK-based), with regular travel to London offices

Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Lead to support the Gravity Based Structure (GBS) foundation package on a major offshore energy project. The successful candidate will be embedded within the package management team, providing quality oversight and assurance across all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  Act as the primary QA interface between the project and contractors.

  Review and provide feedback on contractor quality deliverables.

  
  


• 
  

  Implement the quality plan within the GBS work package.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor contractor compliance and ensure alignment with project quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage non-conformances and conduct regular audits.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee quality control (QC) resource allocation and performance for the scope.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide regular reports to the Project QA Manager.

  
  

Desirable Qualifications:

• 
  

  ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in large-scale offshore structures or foundation systems is advantageous.

  
  

Contract & Working Conditions:

• 
  

  Outside IR35

  
  


• 
  

  Standard working hours: 10-hour days

  
  


• 
  

  Remote role with required travel to London client offices 2–3 days per week
  
  Note: Travel expenses are not reimbursed. Preference is given to candidates located within commuting distance of London. For those based further away, reduced travel may be negotiable.
