Project Manager – Offshore Wind 

Location: Netherlands (Onsite Only)

Due to increasing demand, they are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role 

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll be involved from the commercial phase to mobilisation and final execution, collaborating with senior leadership, contractors, and clients. 


You’ll report directly to the Project Director of Offshore Wind Services and play a pivotal role in driving the success of offshore wind projects. 


Key Responsibilities 

Project Management 

  • Lead dedicated project teams to success. 
  • Chair safety meetings, provide training, and enforce safety protocols. 
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage planning and execution. 
  • Prepare essential project documents, including HSE plans. 
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring seamless delivery. 
  • Identify and handle contract variations efficiently. 


Collaboration & Compliance 

  • Actively participate in company meetings, sharing insights and data to drive improvements. 
  • Promote and adhere to corporate procedures and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the SHEQ department to maintain compliance and share updates.
  • Network at key industry events, including exhibitions and conferences.  


Qualifications & Skills 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field with 2-5 years of relevant experience. 
  • VCA VOL (Safety Checklist Contractors) certification. 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. 
  • Willingness to travel or work abroad for short durations during mobilisation and demobilisation phases.
