As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects across key regions in Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of data centre projects, from feasibility and design to construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Drive the integration of innovative and sustainable engineering solutions into data centre infrastructure.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement and efficiency in processes.
- Provide engineering oversight, ensuring all technical aspects align with project goals and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in data centres, critical infrastructure, or complex construction projects.
- Strong background in MEP systems and hands-on experience in technical design and execution.
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects in dynamic environments.
- Ability to integrate innovative engineering solutions, particularly those focused on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., CEng) are highly desirable.
