We're Hiring: Principal Embedded Network Engineer – Secure Communications
As a Principal Embedded Network Engineer, you will architect and optimize real-time networking applications for ARM-based processors, Intel/NXP Layerscape, and Xilinx Zynq MPSoC, ensuring high-throughput, low-latency, and secure communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & develop high-performance networking stacks for embedded platforms.
- Implement & Optimize networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, QoS, L2/L3 forwarding).
- Enhance Real-Time Networking with packet processing, traffic shaping, and low-latency optimization.
- Integrate Security Features such as hardware encryption, secure boot, and trusted execution environments.
- Work with RTOS & Linux frameworks (Yocto, Buildroot, OpenWRT, FreeRTOS).
- Lead & Mentor engineering teams, defining best practices in embedded networking development.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in embedded networking, secure communications, or cyber defense.
- Strong expertise in network accelerators, hardware offloading, and high-speed interfaces.
- Proven ability to debug & optimize using JTAG, GDB, Wireshark, and network analyzers.
- Experience developing firmware, device drivers, and BSPs for networking SoCs.
- Familiarity with secure communication architectures & real-time data processing.
