Operations Manager



Position Overview



As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's data centers. You will be responsible for managing the operations team, optimizing processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities





  • Manage the operations of the data center group for appointed locations, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction




  • Assist with daily data center operations and motivate operation teams




  • Manage leads of divisions and report performance




  • Develop and optimize the operations team, manage holidays and standby




  • Act as an advisor on technical matters




  • Support facility management, service delivery management, project management, and process management





Requirements





  • Higher education in a technical field or equivalent




  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an engineer in electro-technical and industrial/mechanical environments




  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management




  • Data center facility experience




  • Fluent in Dutch and English




  • Excellent problem-solving, people management, and communication skills




  • Proficient in Google applications




  • Accurate, proactive, and stress-resilient
