Responsibilities
Manage the operations of the data center group for appointed locations, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
Assist with daily data center operations and motivate operation teams
Manage leads of divisions and report performance
Develop and optimize the operations team, manage holidays and standby
Act as an advisor on technical matters
Support facility management, service delivery management, project management, and process management
Requirements
Higher education in a technical field or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an engineer in electro-technical and industrial/mechanical environments
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management
Data center facility experience
Fluent in Dutch and English
Excellent problem-solving, people management, and communication skills
Proficient in Google applications
Accurate, proactive, and stress-resilient
