Our client, a global data center operator is looking to hire an Operation Manager to manage their critical operations department in Johor, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the successful operation, maintenance and repair of all critical equipment systems while maintaining 100% uptime on site
Responsible for protecting and improving the assets value. Ensuring the critical systems reliably perform their intended function.
- Assist in the planning, supervision and handover of any project related changes or improvements within the facility.
- Work closely with management and the wider operational team on the review of equipment failures and preparation of detailed root cause analysis and action plan reports.
- Provide input into and develop site specific procedures associated with Maintenance and operation of critical equipment: SOP’s, EOP’s, Drills etc.
- Assist in technical issues, project management, vendor management and technical reporting on all critical equipment and computerised systems.
- Escort and supervise/monitor work of third-party engineers and sub-contractors to ensure their compliance with the site standards when performing maintenance or relevant activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Electrical or Mechanical engineering or relevant discipline
- Experience managing critical operation facilities
