What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving marketing efforts to fuel growth. You’ll manage industry analysis, content creation, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, and more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Industry & Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Creative Design: Develop visually appealing content for websites and social media using tools like Canva, Figma, and AI-powered design platforms.
- Performance Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and Reddit, focusing on reducing cost per booked call.
- Guerrilla Marketing: Implement unconventional strategies to drive new call bookings and increase visibility.
- Email Marketing: Leverage HubSpot to manage nurturing campaigns, announce new features, and communicate with prospects and customers.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan and execute content calendars for blogs, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), and email campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- B2B SaaS Marketing Experience: Ideally, with a focus on CRM tools and marketing automation.
- Automotive Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive sector is a plus, but not required.
- Paid Advertising Expertise: Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns.
- Project Management Skills: Strong ability to juggle multiple marketing initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Content Creation Experience: Experience managing content calendars and creating engaging materials for websites, emails, and social platforms.
- Design Tools Proficiency: Basic to intermediate design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Marketing Platforms Expertise: Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Reddit Ads, and WordPress.
