About the Role

Join a leading organization that is redefining the landscape of digital customer experience through innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced and driven AVP/Sr. AVP Digital CX-Solutions Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art CX solutions. This role will focus on integrating advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud-native platforms, and automation to transform customer interactions and operational processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Ideation & Design: Lead the design and development of comprehensive digital solutions, including architecture and detailed Solution Design Documents.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and communicate technical solutions that align with the business context and project requirements.
  • Architecture Communication: Present architectural strategies and technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prototyping & Best Practices: Create solution prototypes, establish frameworks, and recommend best practices for development and deployment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project management and development teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • Systems Integration: Conduct system evaluations, analyze client technology environments, and devise solutions that integrate smoothly with existing systems.
  • Data Flow Design: Architect efficient data flow from API calls, databases, and other relevant technologies.
  • NLP Techniques: Utilize natural language processing (NLP) methodologies for text representation, semantic analysis, and data modeling.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 12-16 years of overall professional experience, with at least 10 years in designing enterprise-level CX solutions and large-scale deployments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with technologies such as Node.js, Kafka, Cloud Telephony (including real-time audio streaming), CTI integrations, Java, and WebSocket.
  • Digital Solution Architecture: At least 5 years of experience in a Digital Solution Architect role, specifically designing and deploying CX solutions, including CCaaS and Conversational AI platforms.
  • Frontend & Backend Knowledge: Solid understanding of frameworks such as Next.js, Nest.js, and GraphQL.
  • Certifications: Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) and expertise in LEX, POLLY, or Watson Conversational AI are advantageous.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Flexible Working: Open to working in flexible time zones as required by client demands.
