Information Security Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement security systems (DLP, SIEM, MDM) from scratch.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, investigating threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits, implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams for secure system configurations.
- Manage security tools (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection).
- Develop and execute security awareness training programs.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend controls.
- Support compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other regulations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian language
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity roles.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies implementations including DLP, SIEM And MDM
- Must have experience with firewalls, IPS, EDR
- Strong understanding of security principles, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ are a plus.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) is preferrable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
