Our client, a world leading data centre developer, is looking for an ICT lead based in Hong Kong.
They have a strong construction pipeline for their data centers in Hong Kong as they do globally.

For this role you will lead all IT and network issues for the data centre business, helping build 24*7 ICT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Help on building 24*7 ICT operations
- In charge of all IT and network issues for the data centre
- In charge of ICT budget
- Design and Implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of ICT systems in data centres, including network infrastructure, servers, storage, and security systems.
- Project Management: Manage ICT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ICT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Maintenance and Support: Ensure regular maintenance and support of ICT systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of ICT equipment and services.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and systems from cyber threats.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ICT systems, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in ICT, with a focus on data centre environments. Experience in project management and team leadership is often required.

- Strong technical skills in network systems, servers, storage, and security.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Strong in English and Cantonese
Additional Skills:
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNE, or PMP can be advantageous
