This client is a global automotive technology provider based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overall HR Management for Asia Team: be in charge of all human resources management work for the overseas business team. This includes having full responsibility for HR - related matters in the Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Understanding of International Company Operations: should be well - versed in the management operation systems and processes of international companies. You need to deeply engage with both headquarter and overseas departments, understand their needs and implement human resource planning schemes.
  • Team Building and Compensation Policy Implementation: You are expected to build the overseas team and participate in the implementation of the company's compensation and benefits policies.
  • Implementation of HR Policies and Projects: You'll be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the company's human resource policies, systems, and important projects within the department.
  • Promotion of Corporate Culture: You should promote the dissemination and implementation of corporate culture and values in the department.
  • Team Management: You are in charge of team management to make sure the team fully supports the development of the business.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience: over 8 years of human resources experience. Experience of being based in Malaysia is required, and you should be able to use both Chinese and English as working languages.
  • Local Employment Knowledge: You must be familiar with the local employment rules in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, and have a good understanding of local laws and regulations, as well as corporate culture.
  • R & D Field Experience: You should have experience in the R&D field and be familiar with the selection and operation of R & D personnel.
  • Kuala Lumpur HR Responsibilities: You are expected to take full responsibility for HR - related affairs in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on building the team from scratch in the early stage. Strong recruitment skills and certain recruitment resources are necessary.
  • Communication and Stress - handling Abilities: You should have strong communication and expression abilities, as well as strong stress tolerance.
