They have experienced rapid growth in the last few years, both in terms of headcount, company valuation, revenue and locations they are operating.
You should be a HR generalist with good leadership skills and experience across areas such comp and benefit, talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement, success planning and employee relations.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Head of Human Resources to join our executive team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our global HR strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and ensuring our workforce is prepared to meet the challenges of the fast-paced data centre industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans
- Lead and manage a diverse, international HR team across multiple locations
- Design and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent in the competitive tech and data centre sectors
- Create and maintain a robust talent development and succession planning program
- Implement innovative performance management and compensation systems to drive employee engagement and retention
- Develop and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all operating countries
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive work environment
- Drive the development and implementation of HR technologies and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Collaborate with the C-suite to foster a strong company culture that supports our mission and values
- Manage the HR budget and resource allocation effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing global HR strategies in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment
- Experience in the data centre, IT infrastructure, or related tech industries is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives
- Experience with HR analytics and HRIS implementations
- Change management expertise and ability to drive organizational transformation
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
