Generative AI Engineer (Fully Remote - LATAM)
Location: Fully remote, supporting USA-based projects (candidates must be based in Latin America)
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team and lead the integration of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into our cloud platform. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Latin America, with a focus on supporting innovative projects for our USA-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of Generative AI capabilities, including large language models (LLMs) and related tools, into our cloud platform.
Design, build, and manage APIs to enable seamless access to GenAI services for application teams.
Collaborate closely with data and engineering teams to ensure GenAI solutions align with business objectives.
Define scalable, secure, and cost-effective strategies for deploying GenAI solutions.
Educate and empower development teams to effectively leverage GenAI for business innovation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AgenticAI and GenAI, and proactively recommend platform improvements.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience in AI/ML, with a focus on developing and deploying large-scale Generative AI models.
Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face, and experience using Python or Java libraries.
Hands-on experience integrating large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, etc.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Google AI Platform, Azure ML) and serverless architectures.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and building AI-driven applications using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
Knowledge of API design and management for scalable AI service delivery.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
