Front Arena Developer
Reports to: Vice President - IT Core Applications

Objective:
your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain Front Arena applications that support our trading and risk management activities. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the Front Arena system aligns with the bank's requirements and compliance standards. The core objective of this role is to develop and maintain Treasury/Financial applications within the bank's infrastructure. You will be tasked with ensuring these applications are efficient, reliable, and secure to support the bank's financial operations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain custom code within Front Arena to fulfill specific business needs.
• Design, develop, and test software applications using FIS Front Arena for Treasury and Financial operations.
• Implement modifications and enhancements as required by various business initiatives.
• Create and integrate solutions with other trading and back-office systems.
• Provide continuous support for Trading Manager and other Front Arena applications.
• Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with software vendors to ensure efficient delivery of solutions.
• Enhance Front Arena functionalities to align with business objectives.
• Conduct business analysis to understand requirements and ensure quality assurance.
• Offer technical support and maintenance for Front Arena applications.
• Oversee the release of new features and updates.
• Ensure solutions adhere to principles of self-service, repeatability, testability, scalability, and resilience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5+ years of development experience in Front Arena Treasury/Financial applications.
• Proficiency in FIS Front Arena software development
• Good Functional knowledge on banking concepts.
• Must understand Treasury business and Workflow.
• Hands on experience in Front Arena development (with AEL, ACM, ADFL, reporting customizations and Adaptive Documentation) is mandatory.
• Must have strong experience in Python and SQL.
• Front Arena AEF Certified.
• Must have functional and development skills on the major treasury modules – Front office, back-office operations, accounting, and interfaces.
• Proficiency in FIS Front Arena software development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
