We are seeking a skilled and strategic Financial Director to oversee all financial operations, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure robust financial health for our organization. Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting to the executive team, board, and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and compliance.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor and mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain effective internal controls.
- Operational Finance Management: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax functions, streamlining processes to maximize efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Investment Management: Provide guidance on investment activities and capital structure, identifying opportunities for growth and cost reduction.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
