We are seeking a skilled and strategic Financial Director to oversee all financial operations, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure robust financial health for our organization. This senior leadership role is ideal for an experienced financial professional with strong analytical abilities, team leadership skills, and a track record in financial strategy and operational excellence.



Responsibilities




  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting to the executive team, board, and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and compliance.

  • Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor and mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain effective internal controls.

  • Operational Finance Management: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax functions, streamlining processes to maximize efficiency.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Investment Management: Provide guidance on investment activities and capital structure, identifying opportunities for growth and cost reduction.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key contact for auditors, banks, and investors, maintaining strong relationships and clear communications.



Requirements




  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with GAAP and IFRS standards.

  • Leadership Abilities: Strong team management skills with a focus on accountability and professional growth.

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, risk assessment, and investment analysis.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in reporting to senior management and board members.

  • Analytical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis and a strong track record in financial decision-making.
