As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust financial structure that supports the company's rapid growth and strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust financial processes and systems to support the company's growth
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data and create insightful management reports
- Establish and monitor budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage cash flow and prepare accurate liquidity forecasts
- Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance and transparency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Requirements
- Higher degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-growing (technological) organization
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and developing financial processes
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Experience in the data center industry or a similar technical sector is a plus
