FPG is delighted to have partnered with a Leading Global Communications and Enterprise IT Service provider, supporting them in their search for a Talented & Passionate Enterprise Sales Manager to lead market expansion and drive revenue growth across the UAE / KSA.

Key Requirements:




  • Sales Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT services sales with a proven track record in acquiring new enterprise customers in the UAE/KSA.

  • Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of CCaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, IoT, managed services, and digital transformation.

  • Hunter Mindset: Passionate about winning new business, with strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Regional Expertise: Deep market knowledge and existing network of enterprise clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

  • Consultative Selling: Ability to understand enterprise IT challenges and position tailored solutions effectively.

  • Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives and decision-makers.

  • Performance-Driven: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Language: Arabic speaker desired but not mandatory
