We are looking for an Integration & Scripting Expert with specialized proficiency in Ericsson technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G).
The ideal candidate will excel in scripting to seamlessly integrate various Ericsson vendor technologies. This includes tasks such as deploying new sites, expanding carriers, migrating Baseband Units (BBU), adding sectors, integrating small cell sites, and creating scripts for hardware replacements. The role requires extensive experience in end-to-end systems troubleshooting, automation, and scripting to ensure smooth integration and optimal network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently develop scripts for integrating Ericsson supplier sites based on RF inputs for diverse tasks.
Integrate Ericsson nodes using CLI or ENM (Ericsson Network Manager).
Troubleshoot and adapt scripts during integration to ensure successful implementation.
Contribute to or lead the development of tools for more efficient and automated script generation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of extensive experience with Ericsson RAN (Radio Access Network).
Provide support for scripting issues and collaborate closely with Field Engineers.
Design scripts for various scopes such as New Site deployments, BBU Migrations, Carrier Additions, Sector Additions, Anchor Additions, and Small Cell site integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex network scenarios and proposing effective solutions.
Ability to interpret client requirements from RFDS (Radio Frequency Data Sheets) and CIQ (Cellular Intelligence Quotient) documents to develop scripts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams.
Relevant Ericsson certifications would be advantageous.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
