What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong skills in concept development, visual storytelling, and layout design.
• Experience in marketing and brand communication (a plus!).
• Ability to illustrate and create animations (motion design experience is a bonus).
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
