Data Centre Facilities Team Leader | Hong Kong

1. Define data center operations procedures.
2. Serve as the technical leader for critical facilities, managing internal team and consultants to implement data center operations
3. Manage vendors to adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
4. Develop processes to optimize energy-efficiency and reduce power losses.
5. Help through design and construction phases 
6. Review and create detailed scripts for Change Management Request (CMR) activities.
7. Travel to data center sites for engineering studies, electrical systems audits, startup testing, and full commissioning as required.
8. Offer electrical mission-critical system review services to global data center engineering teams.
9. Participate in Root-Cause-Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures or power outage incidents.
10. Provide instructions to vendors and installation contractors, and validate the quality of vendor work on-site.
11. Respond to emergencies in regional data centers as needed, including traveling to the site to provide on-site support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Strong experience in managing large MW data centres as a team leader
3. Expert knowledge of data center MEP systems.
4. Functional understanding of IT technologies
5. Knowledge of data center construction process.
