My Client is looking for a talented Customer Experience Assistant Manager to manage both internal and external communications, shaping a positive public image for our client and effectively disseminating key information. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in corporate communications, project management, and creative copywriting to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement innovative corporate communication strategies.
- Manage and streamline internal communications, including memos, newsletters, and internal bulletins.
- Write engaging content for press releases, the company website, and other mass media outlets.
- Organize and coordinate high-profile events, press conferences, and media initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison with media outlets, handling interview requests and public statements.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry advocates and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create copy for advertisements, articles, and promotional materials.
- Provide strategic support in managing public perception, particularly during challenging times or adverse publicity.
- Work closely with senior leadership to communicate strategies and company messaging to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a communications specialist, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Solid experience in corporate communications and content creation.
- A creative mindset with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of photo and video-editing software is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling messages in various formats.
- A BSc/BA in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
