FPG is delighted to have partnered with a Leading Consumer Electronics Company, supporting them in their search for a Talented & Passionate Country Sales Manager to lead market expansion and drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia.


 


The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales strategy, distributor management, and retail operations within the consumer electronics sector. This role demands a results-driven leader who can build partnerships, optimize sales channels, and steer high-performing teams.


 



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen distributor and retail partnerships

  • Oversee key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with retailers and e-commerce players

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to refine sales tactics

  • Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team for optimal performance

  • Optimize distribution channels for maximum reach and efficiency

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on brand positioning and promotional efforts

  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics



Qualifications:




  • Experience: 8+ years in sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role within consumer electronics

  • Market Expertise: Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia's retail, distribution, and e-commerce landscape

  • Skills: Sales leadership, negotiation, team management, and data-driven decision-making

  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

  • Language: English fluency required; Arabic is a plus
