What You’ll Do:
Ensure optimal Core Network performance by managing software updates, database integrity, and system audits.
Troubleshoot and resolve faults within set SLAs, escalating unresolved issues when needed.
Support RAN & BSS integration while maintaining seamless Core Network connectivity.
Own network performance monitoring and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Compile detailed reports & documentation to maintain network accuracy and efficiency.
What You Bring:
3+ years of Core Network support experience with hands-on knowledge of supplier network equipment.
Expertise in mobile network architecture – Circuit Switched (CS), Packet Switched (PS), and IMS.
Familiarity with cloud and virtualization technologies (Fusionsphere, FusionStage, NFV, 3GPP, ETSI standards).
Degree in Engineering / B-Tech with extensive technical experience.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to fault management and performance tuning.
