Department Overview:
You will join an international Devices, Products & Services team that is responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering competitive global products tailored to diverse market needs. The department is structured into key areas of expertise, including Strategy & Business Development, Hardware Portfolio & Devices, Digital Partnerships (Gaming & Entertainment), and Digital Life & Enablers.
Key Purpose of Role: You will join an established team of Vendor Managers to provide robust data analysis and project management support to optimize decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress and vendor performance.
- Procurement Support: Assist in the planning and execution of device procurement and negotiation processes.
- Project Management: Track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and objectives remain on course.
- Vendor Engagement: Maintain tracking tools and databases, support governance processes, and engage with device vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Vendor and Portfolio managers, as well as internal and external stakeholders, including device vendors and other business units.
Experience & Expertise:
- Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong ability to collate and interpret data for reporting.
- Demonstrable experience in project management, including tracking deliverables and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience collaborating with teams and senior management to drive business outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High proficiency in numerical and written skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
- Bonus: Experience in a similar role within a mobile operator or device vendor.
