About the Role



Join our fast-growing team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery for our enterprise clients. You will act as the bridge between our customers and engineering teams, driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in our data center services.



Key Responsibilities





  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring swift resolution while maintaining a customer-first mindset.




  • Develop and optimize client service frameworks to align with data center operations and business objectives.




  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Sales) to address customer pain points and enhance service delivery.




  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.




  • Lead incident management efforts, ensuring transparent communication and timely resolution of service disruptions.




  • Drive process improvements by implementing industry best practices and performance metrics.




  • Support project management initiatives for new data center deployments and client onboarding.




  • Represent the company in client meetings, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.





What You Bring





  • 6+ years of experience in data center operations, customer success, or a related client-facing role.




  • Proven track record working with enterprise customers in Japan, with deep understanding of local business culture.




  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical and operational challenges.




  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Japanese and English.




  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
