Channel Sales Manager

First Point Group has partnered with a Leading Technology Company in Riyadh, to support then in their search for a seasoned Retail Channel Manager to drive sales growth and optimize channel performance within the Smart Services industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel strategy, including agent selection, management, and target setting
  • Oversee channel price systems, rebates, and new product launches
  • Manage channel operations, including order fulfillment and delivery
  • Monitor and analyse channel performance, including sales forecasts and customer levelling
  • Manage channel budgets and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Develop and implement joint marketing initiatives, rebates, and incentives
  • Conduct national SMR conferences to enhance channel relationships


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Management within the Smart Services Industry
  • Deep understanding of the domestic market and channel customers
  • Expertise in customer levelling, grading, promotion, and demotion processes
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience in new product launch channel GTM
  • Ability to develop national channel strategies based on competitive analysis
  • Basic financial knowledge and understanding of price system design
  • Strong understanding of channel business, pain points, and incentive design
  • Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and application
  • Ability to identify and mitigate channel business risks
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
