Job Title: Offshore Cable Laying Supervisor – 100kV Project (Vietnam)

Project Duration: 3 Months (End of May – End of August 2025)

Location: Offshore Vietnam

Project Type: Cable Lay and Burial – 100kV

Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and diligent Offshore Cable Laying Supervisor to oversee and supervise the offshore installation and burial of a 100kV subsea cable in Vietnam. 

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Supervision of all cable laying and burial operations offshore.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure adherence to project procedures and safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with vessel crews, client representatives, and subcontractors.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor progress and report daily activities to the project team.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and manage any issues or delays in the laying process.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and technical data.

  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• 
  

  Proven offshore experience in subsea cable installation and burial operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of 100kV cable projects or similar high-voltage installations.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.

  
  

Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory):

• 
  

  Degree, Diploma, or High School Certificate (must be able to provide documentation).
