First Point Group is working with a leading Technology company based in KSA and is supporting them in their search for a Brand Sales Manager - Fortinet, to be based in their Riyadh office.

Job Purpose:

The Brand Sales Manager (BSM) acts as the primary link between the corporate merchant team and customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience that aligns with the company's vision while driving CS sales. The BSM is responsible for managing their brand/categories, providing product solutions, training, and scalable business strategies to all sub-GTMs. This role involves leading, problem-solving, and forward-thinking.

Job Responsibilities:

> Vendor Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, plan and align vendor objectives and strategies, provide business intelligence, negotiate mutually beneficial deals, and implement returns processes to safeguard partner and company interests.
> Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, address issues, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
> Inventory Management: Plan and manage inventory and sales, maintain optimal inventory levels without excessive cash flow blockage, make timely decisions to move slow-moving inventory, and optimize inventory and accounts receivable in the market.
> Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships, comply with various requirements, and cooperate with stakeholders while protecting the interests of the organization and customers.
> Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and vendor requirements.
> Channel Expansion: Increase channel breadth and activate existing customers who have not been billed.
> Sales Records and Analysis: Maintain sales records, conduct analysis, present findings to senior management, and take action based on the analysis. Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, receivables, and credit limits.
> Competitive Intelligence: Gather information about competitors to inform planning.
> OEM Engagement: Engage with OEMs for pricing support and marketing activities, and ensure timely claims are made on OEMs.
> Receivables Management: Follow up on product sales receivables and ensure there are no overdue invoices.


Key Requirements:

> Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role
> 2-3 years of experience working with Fortinet, familiar with their products and market (general CS sales experience including firewalls is also acceptable)
> At least 2 years of experience in the KSA market
> Established connections and relationships across various sectors within the Kingdom
> Willingness to travel to different sites across the Kingdom if necessary
> Arabic speaker is advantageous
> Must have a transferable Iqama
