What You'll Do:

Be the go-to technical expert for Dynamics 365 and other ERP solutions, troubleshooting issues across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Payroll.
Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Leverage your deep understanding of core functionalities to translate requirements into actionable integrations, customizations, and optimizations.
Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external partners to manage expectations, synchronize activities, and deliver clear progress updates.
Spearhead ERP implementation and upgrade projects efficiently, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery through strong project management and coordination of complex application-related tasks.
Guide and mentor your application support team, cultivating a high-performing and motivated team environment.
Champion continuous improvement by regularly evaluating application performance, monitoring system health, and implementing best practices.
Craft clear and concise technical documentation and deliver engaging end-user training sessions to maximize ERP adoption.
Ensure unwavering adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security standards to safeguard data and system access.

Why You're a Great Fit:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
You possess at least 7 years of proven experience in application support or system administration, with a demonstrated focus on ERP systems like Dynamics 365.
Your leadership skills are honed, with a track record of successfully supervising and motivating technical teams.
You hold certifications in Dynamics 365 or other relevant ERP systems.
You're comfortable navigating cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure.
You possess a strong comprehension of Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Payroll business processes.
You're a seasoned problem solver with exceptional analytical skills.
Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch, enabling you to connect effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
You're adept in database management (SQL) and have working knowledge of programming concepts.
You excel in handling multiple priorities and thriving in a dynamic environment.
