Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Robot Process Designer to join our team and design efficient robot scripts and workflows tailored to the specific needs of the local market in Mexico. As a Robot Process Designer, you will:
- Develop and implement robot scripts and flows in alignment with product requirements and local conditions. This includes robot script translation, recording processes, robot configuration, testing, and program delivery involving TTS modifications and optimizations.
- Manage project timelines to ensure robots are delivered on schedule.
- Lead robot testing processes to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues. This includes creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Assess and approve final robot functionality to ensure quality standards are met before going live.
- Analyze issues (bad cases), develop optimization plans, and collaborate with internal teams for improvements.
- Monitor robot performance and conduct reviews. Participate in client meetings if required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Relevant industry experience is preferred. Recent graduates with degrees in related fields may also be considered.
- Skills: Strong learning ability and enthusiasm. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competencies: Effective multitasking, solid organizational and time management skills, strong team coordination, adaptability, and logical thinking.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English.
